The hotel is well located and gorgeous in appearance. The price was great through rakuten travel website. Service and cleanliness were above-satisfactory, as were the inclusions such as pyjamas and free LAN connection. The rooms were pretty small though, however this seems to be the case with most places in Japan! Would definitely recommend.

The location is unbeatable, very near JR Namba station and about 8mins to Dotonbori street. The room is clean, quite a nice size for a couple. Make sure you try Ichiran Ramen in Dotonbori (located near the bridge), it's really good!

We had to ask a chambermaid to do some cleaning in our room right after checking in. It had not been used in some time and had not been properly cleaned before. Very uncommon for Japan.
