I stayed at the Cosmosquare Hotel and Congress for a week. The hotel is located in the Osaka business district and was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. The hotel is 15 min walk from the closest metro station which will take you downtown Osaka.
I had a double room which was small but very neat and cozy....
