We stayed at Hotel Hilary's for one night in April 2013. Very good location a few blocks from the station and easy walking distance to Dotombori arcade. Very clean and no noise from the street (we were on the 8th floor). Free wifi in the lobby only. Freebies in the bathroom :) Excellent value hotel.
