This hotel is unmatched in its service and staff. The service and staff was outstanding. Their friendliness, excellent service, and attention made a great impression on me. Never did I feel inconveniencing them at any of my requests. The best one!

Stayed here on business. It was actually supprisingly nice! Access is a little difficult as it is on port island but you can get a free bus from Sannomiya station every 30 minuets which takes around 15 minuets to reach the hotel.
