I stayed one night in the hotel and thought it was good value my room was small and its well positioned next to the railway station with good restaurants near by if you are more than one traveling you may need somthing bigger.

Location is great, connected to Sannomiya Station. Bus from Kansai drops you off right across the street. Been there recently, on business. The Hotel is a stone throw away from the bus service to Kansai Airport (65mins from Sannomiya to Airport).
