Stayed for the second time. Visit was only one night but had a good experience. Service was subtle but very polite and good. Room was comfortable and all amenities you need are provided.

The rooms in this hotel are well appointed and very large (by Japanese standards) at a reasonable price point. The shower is a rain-type in a large stall. The bathtub is also located in this space. The water pressure is excellent. Breakfast is above average although they could stand to add some pastry choices to the buffet. This hotel is...

Probably the nicest hotel in Kobe. Certainly the most luxurious recently built hotel. Most of the other top class hotels in Kobe are much older.
I have eaten there twice and enjoyed the food immensely. Some of the staff do speak some English, but this is really a Japanese hotel targeting Japanese clientèle, so communication is not up to the...

I'm a frequent traveler to Japan, and this is my favorite hotel in the land of the rising sun by far. I love it. Beautiful rooms, great location, great service. Super clean and tasteful decor. I highly recomend.
I stayed one night, besides the reception which is on the last floor and the staff at reception who are very rude. The hotel is nice, nice room, big king size bed. Nice bathroom and big size room for Japan. Nice place for a good night sleep
Stayed for a night with the kids - 2 separate rooms as adjoining ones aren't availalble. Staff pampered the kids and they loved the attention.
Reception is on Level 17 so check-in and breakfast buffet has great views.
Level 4 has the Bamboo Room with stunning gardens and chapel. Very popular for high-end wedding packages.
Staff were attentive, friendly and...
