We stayed two nights, booked at the last minute by telephoning the hotel. The price was outstanding 8400 yen for a double including breakfast.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to Sannomiya station, which is the heart of Kobe. If you are traveling by Shinkansen you arrive at Shin Kobe which is further away from most things.
