Stayed 2 nights here and the location was very convenient as it was walkable to main tourist areas of the city such as the JR station, Odori Park, Clock Tower, Former Hokkaido Government Office Building and the Susukino area with all the good food places like the Ramen Alley. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, and the staff at... More

We booked 4 nights and they offered us a good rate, it's quite convenient to JR Train station. The staffs were nice and helpful, sure we will consider to stay there again next time. More

For its price range (we paid about USD62 for a double bed room), this hotel was unbeatable. There was hair conditioner (in addition to shampoo etc), toothbrush and paste, HD-TV, trousers iron board, fridge, hair dryer, etc. Bed was very comfortable, rooms are kept very clean, nothing grimy or old about the hotel. Do note that it is quite a... More

We stayed at Chisun Hotel Sapporo for 3 nights during the Snow Festival. It is slightly bigger than Chisun Inn which is a lower-grade hotel in the same chain. We got a really good rate of 6100 JPY for a double room because we booked early. As for the room itself, it's very small but that can be said about... More

Good little budget hotel. We stayed for 2 nights during the Sapporo Ice and Snow Festival. Location was convenient with the JR Train station and Odori Park within easy walking distance even with slippery footpaths and ski bags in tow. Room was small but probably the standard size for a Japanese hotel room. The semi double room was big enough... More

My family and I booked a stay for 2 nights at this hotel so we could come to Sapporo for Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival). We live in Aomori Prefecture (north eastern tip of main Japanese island: Honshu). We took the ferry from Oma to Hakodate, then rented a car in Hakodate to drive to Sapporo. I reserved a room for... I allowed myself to be tricked into thinking that this was a good hotel after reading a positive review of its cheaper sister institution (chisunn inn around the corner) in a respectable guidebook, which said this would be more 'upscale'. Well, the chisun hotel may be more 'upscale' than chisun inn, but it still apears a bog-standard japanese business hotel,... More

Stayed here for one night during the Sapporo Snow Festival. I reserved a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel, they couldn' find my reservation for an hour. This was very unpleasant, as everyone involved knew there were absolutely no free rooms in the whole city during the snow festival, but at the end they found my reservation... More
