This hotel is so inexpensive so my college friends and I did not expect anything.
But the location was so good. 5 minutes from the Snow Festival venue. The hotel was clean as well. Actually, I was quite surprised at the size of the room. 7 futons could fit into the place. We were in the big room for 4...

booked at short notice for ice festival.
No english website, but english speaking staff.
we stayed on the older wing...as expected, the rooms were pretty standard for this level of hotel...small, decor dated, but clean and servicable.
Localtion was great, only 2 blocks or 1 streetcar stop from closest subway station...sunway station Susukino is only 2 stops from JR station....
