I stayed in a single, no-smoking room for 2 nights in late October. If I haven't got another similar priced, nearby hotel to compare, I would say it's very good given its proximity to the JR Sapporo station, clean room & complimentary breakfast. It would certainly be better if basic amenities like a mini water kettle can be provided.
