On a tour of China, staying in 3-star hotel, this was one of the better ones. The rooms were in better condition, the bathrooms were cleaner, and the staff more helpful. because of the rain we only ventured out for food & fresh air. the magnificent westin lake nearby was un doable . great shopping centres nearby for food & shopping. great buffet breakfast. good value. rooms very clean, staff freindly & bar area very welcoming More

Good location. Internet facilities are fast. However, if you cannot be connected, most likely is their cable fault. Staff wise are of 2 extreme attitutde. Few staff are responsive and good, others, please check it out yourself. My experience is unfavourable over there during my stays. More
