We booked it over eLong.net.
The hotel is clean and very well located for those wanting to have feet on the lake. But it is a bit far from the city centre by foot (but taxi are very cheap, about 10-15 RMB would take you back to the hotel).
The staff is somehow not very friendly, maybe they don't have...
