We booked a room for 4 and reserved an extra bed but when we arrived, it was not available. When the bed finally arrived, there were not even sheets or blankets as they said they ran out. It was atrocious. We waited some more and finally got a flimsy sheet for a blanket. No hairdryer and we had to wait...

We book 2 lake view rooms, but there were no lake view. Bushes had grown and blocked the once view of one tiny end of the West Lake. I tried at the end of the corridor and still no lake view. My conclusion, there is no lake view room in this hotel, at best I will describe it as hill...
