Great geographical location but to central, noisy and difficult to get in and out of. Do not cater well for foreign guests. Breakfast is appalling even by Chinese style breakfast standards. Staff very friendly. Average value.

It was really close to the west lake, just need to cross the road. The surrounding commercial area was really convenient which could provide everything we needed. You could find excellent Hangzhou local restaurants by only 5min walk. The facilities and room size was not bad for the price. Quite good choice if you want to go sightseeing in Hangzhou.
