Nothing wrong with the hotel. Good rooms, service and facilities.
Not a good location in a city with no metro.
My advice if you are visiting Hangzhou and the Lake area, find a hotel near the main train station or Lake area.
You may find a cheap rate at the JinJiang but if you can't use the bus system you...

Staff are helpful and speak English if required.
Rooms are a decent size and, after staying in some not so nice hotels in China, very clean. Still basic but bottles of water every day, decent shower, not too hard beds. Actually slept pretty well.
Hotel is about a 5-10 ride from the train station. Get a taxi if you can....
