Stayed for one night on a layover flying from Chiang Mai to Beijjng. Convenient for KMG, 5-10 minute cab drive. Huge hotel, decent front desk service. Rooms characterless but functional. Breakfast, lots of choice but nothing really wow. Overall decent but nothing special.

This is a 5-star hotel that exceeded all of my expectations in every way - with a lovely Western bed!. I stayed for 12 days on the south side of the complex and it was amazing. Room service, house keeping, laundry/dry cleaning, the front desk were excellent!

The rooms in this hotel are very good and everything appears clean (even the carpets!) The size of the rooms are also very generous and Broadband internet is provided.
