What more can I say? When the hotel staff ask you if you want your room with or without a window, you know you have not made the best choice. The artist's rendering is deceiving - the hotel is surrounded by large buildings and touts constantly shout into bullhorns from the adjacent computer mall.

I stayed 2days in President Hotel and I'm very satisfied with everything. Hotel stuff is very polite and speaks English. Rooms are clean, big enough, and comfortable, breakfast is very good, and internet connection is good as well. Location is in the city center, so where ever u goes it is not too far away.
