All with this hotel is average. Okay to stay for some nights and to concentrate on Najran city. Don't expexct too much from hotel service. Some employees are friendly and interested, some others do not care. Restaurant service, dinner and breakfast selections and quality are weak points. Well, probably it's best hotel in Najran, KSA. So you don't have so many choices. Hotel is clean, with smaller, quite OK rooms. Service is extremely slow, you rather avoid any extra questions, requests etc, because after you can spend on check-in / check-out much more than "their standard15 minutes".
