“Do not stay here”

Poor service, broken beds, no management responsibility, drainage smell in rooms, broken tiles and used sheets given, no cleaning in rooms, no phone connection in room, horrible and bad hotel take my opinion do not stay in this hotel. No one takes any responsibility and no one cares when bought to thier attention.

This hotel is walking distance from al nabawi masjid. It has got everything you would want or need on your doorstep too, from food, shops, money transfer etc etc. Staff very friendly, good service, good rooms. Only downfall really that I found, especially coz of the fact I was with my parents, was the fact the lifts can take forever!... More
