The location of the hotel is excellent and service is great. Check in was very smooth and quick. As a platinum member in intercon hotels, they upgraded my room to a Haram view, which was really a great room with a fantastic view of the holy mosque. InterContinental Dar Al Iman located in Madina is a good hotel, very very quite that I used to think no one else is staying in our floor but us :) I liked the simple design and calmness of the hotel. Close to the Prophet's Masjid and it was cool staying.

While the location of this hotel is just perfect... all other things are way below expectations... room quality, breakfast, toilets (disaster)... I truly believe that IC Group should renovate the hotel now!

Very Courteous Staff specially person at the Checkin counter Hattam. He's very helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Internet Wifi is free.

We stayed during hajj time 2011. Room was spacious, clean, and receptionist were helpfull during our drama with electronic keys to our room. Wifi was available. Its location is superb. The breakfast was very lavish with quality food. Rooms were comfortable. We took suite with double bed having two baths. Very comfortable, very close to Masjid e Nabwi.
