The hotel is located close to the volga river. Hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast served in the morning is very good and also the food quality in restaurant is very nice. Hotel is very good for buisness trip as all facility is available inside the hotel.

Like the sizeable majority of your reviewers, the hotel met all my requirements for a professional western business traveller. Pretty standard Holiday Inn style room, but very clean and smoke free. This must be on of the very few examples where a Holiday Inn is the considered the best hotel in town. Samara is not one of my favorite places and, although it is a massive city, the facilities one would normally expect with such a city aren’t really in place. Although Samara has a population of more than 1 Mio., there are just a few good Hotels. This Holiday Inn is not only the best in town, it is also above the average of a standard Holiday Inn! I can higly recommend this Hotel, which is also located perfectly, not far from the center and from the Wolga river.

Customer experience is not what they value the most. It was my third time here and the experience is consistent - Holiday Inn employees don’t value their customers. Service is poor and price/value ratio is way below average.

Great Hotel. Clean..Free wifi...was in an executive room..one of the best hotels i have been too...nice bar...very good restaurant..good value for money...very recommended. Only drawback no payment can be made in Euros or other currency except local currency or credit card.
