This hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, very close to the Volga river. Rooms are not tiny, equipped with basic furniture and even a small fridge. The bed was comfortable enough. My room didn't feel particularly clean, especially the shower cabin (however, my colleague's room was cleaner).
