Very cooperative reception and concierge, changed my room on request (business room), supplied me with a laptop, an umbrella, maps and taxis on request. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant as good as they come (10/10) I figured out the lighting system after three days, lived dimly until then. 4stars? well, my room was 5. would definitely stay there again. Very interesting design of the hotel! Rooms are quite small (speaking of standard) but very functional, you can find even tea\coffee facilities.
