No Questions about it! Friendly staff, good service and an amazing breakfast.

Room facing the back of the hotel was clean, bright and fresh. Bathroom was 5 star. Reception staff all spoke good English, were knowledgeable about the area and went to lengths to assist. Breakfast buffet was comprenhensive. Lobby bar staff were surly and disinterested.

Nice design (Radisson Blue), modern, new hotel. Placed at main square. Really European standard

Large room, nice staff, everything works well. It is what you need on the Baltic shore. The GM is everywhere at the same time to make sure that nothing goes wrong

Actually the hotel is called Radisson BLU. It is located in the very center of Kaliningrad - at "Ploschad' (Square, Plaza) Pobedy (Victory)". It is a part of a large and fairly new shopping mall. I've been to Kaliningrad a number of times over the past few years and saw the Radisson logo in the center of town attached to the Europa shopping center, but never really stopped to think about it... my clients would probably think it's too expensive, maybe inconvenient for the office or that it would be no different than the other...
