“Bait and switch”

I should have done more work researching the place before making my booking. Bait and switch. Address as well as apartments shown in pictures are very different from the actual apartments offered - actual apartments are dingy, dirty and run down. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Perhaps I didn’t do enough research before making the booking through Expedia. I was under the impression that ‘STN Apartments’ was an apartment hotel, but it’s not - it’s actually a company which lets out a number of apartments dotted around St Petersburg.
