Stayed there when it was -23°C outside. Rooms are comfortable, a bit outdated, food is good for breakfast and staff is OK. Rooms are not that well insulated from the boulevard though.

The golden ring is probably the best value for money in Moscow (where nothing is cheap for travellers) in the 4* range. The hotel is efficient and the location is excellent. it is possible to get better hotels but they are way to far out or too far from the metro.
