Good hotel, clean and well equiped room with a good bed,but with very small bath room. There are several restaurants and bars (coffeebar) in the hotel and service is overall very good, great gym & swiming pool. They only offer free internet in the lobby (probably to make you drink a beer or so while on the web so still making money... This is your very basic hotel with little charm. Was disappointed to be checked in to a twin bed room plus a smoking flor room and when asked to change, they only moved me to a non-smoking floor. Unnecessary inconvenience upon arrival. Nothing special that would bring me basic.

Hotel is quite conveniently located (no very far from inner city), you are located virtually next to a subway station. There is nothing in particular annoying in this hotel, but this facility should soon be renovated (bathroom equipment is, speaking lightly, a bit dated). Rooms are fairly small, but quite nicely decorated. Unfortunately, anything (starting from hotel rate and ending... More

Dear “Wodzik", Thank you for your feedback about your stay with us, and specifically about our security arrangements in the hotel. For our security team, it continues to be a challenge to strike the right balance between being engaged and observant, as well as unobtrusive. Of late, and particularly after receiving feedback, we have tried to adjust this balance; our... More

We were attending a sporting event in the Olympic Stadium, which was directly across the street from this Marriott. After much deliberation we decided to stay on the club floor - this included breakfast, light dinner with soft drinks, wine and beer and 24hr internet - the floor was also secure as you required the room key to access the... Renaissance Moscow really is a nice 4 star hotel. Rooms on the small size - but ok. The Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is secure which is important in Moscow. There are not the usual crowd of prostitues in the lobby as You often see in other hotels- That is very nice. But everything is so expensive.... More

Being far from the centre of the city, the hotel has a regular shuttle to the Red Square and Pushkin Square. However, more shuttles go to Pushkin Square than the Red Square. In fact, if you take the last shuttle to the Red Square, you will have to figure out for yourself the place at the Pushkin Square where the... More

Dear 'Madban', I appreciate the time that you took to post a review. The complimentary Shuttle Bus is very popular, and offers an easy option for our guests to be taken to two key spots in the city so that they can explore. Pushkin Square is a very popular drop off point, and it also can be very busy. We... More

Although it was an almost 4hr painful drive from DME Airport to the hotel, I would say it is worth the effort! Renaissance Moscow is a beautiful business hotel with friendly staff at hand to assist you at every move. Check-in was very quick and all info needed was provided without having to ask for it i.e. Hotel facilities. Well... More

Very good hotel for a buisness stay in Moscow. Especially if all other options are taken (both Marriott chain and the others). Usually, this one is getting occupied last 8-) Renaissance serves seminar participants and you shouldn't expect a superbly romantic atmosphere there. Yet, the rooms (small) are all cozy and staff is very helpful. Bed was very comfy and... More
