We spent a night in this hotel during a business trip. I don't agree with some reviews below mentioning that this hotel is not grown up to the expected Marriott quality. Here is why: 1. The check-in personal was helpful, efficient, but due to the high burocracy, a bit slow. 2. The bell boy was very nice, funny and a... More

Fantastic hotel, with all the services one would expect for business, and leisure. Great pool and fitness facilities, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast, and just 5 minutes walk from Bolshoi Theatre and Red Square. Helpful staff, great bar, if a little overpriced. But hey, it's Moscow.

Stayed here 40 nights. This hotel is very good. The staff is quite helpful and most are able to assist you in English. The rooms are nicely appointed, though not quite 5-star accommodations. Very clean and comfortable, though not the most updated rooms. The breakfast is very nice and contains as assortment of foods. The concierge is fairly responsive, as... More

Was here overnight for business. Definately one of the better Marriotts I've stayed in. Rooms were pleasant, but as many have mentioned, showing a bit of wear. The staff is fantastic, always very pleasant and willing to help. Something which was great to experience given I speak no Russian and am unfamiliar with the city. The Polo Club restaurant seems... when you can walk in after being away for nearly a year and the front desk staff welcomes by name, that's good. this hotel is elegant and comfortable, but not pretentious. It is 2 blocks from the Bolshoi, 3 blocks from the Kremlin, 2 blocks from Tverskaya and right next to the Rodeo Drive of Moscow. The Executive Lounge and... More

I stayed in this hotel for a few nights. It is quite centrally located and you can walk to many of the sights and shopping. I was there for business and found the hotel appropriate for that need - not sure I would stay there for leisure as the rooms are quite "standard". The staff were wonderful, consistently very helpful... More

Without doubt the best service I have experience in a hotel in Moscow, courteous and efficient. The location is great but the hotel (or at least the two rooms I tried) were in need of refurbishment, nothing dramatic though. When I completed the Marriott survey, I indicated I might not return to this hotel but I might if I can... More

Stayed four nights during coldest part of year. Warm cozy hotel with great staff, rooms and good food. No need to trot around the frozen tundra unless you want to. Traffic is often stopped. Prices are high here.

A nice Marriott but by no means an exceptional property, shockingly expensive along with most everything in Moscow. Great location near the Kremlin makes it a good base for sightseeing, also reasonably close to two different metro lines. Rooms are large and comfortable if not particularly luxurious. Executive lounge is well stocked for breakfast, happy hour, and evening snacks/drinks. Perfect... More
