The staff was extremely helpful and while I didn't find them overly warm... they were extremely informed and provided help and perfect guidance at every turn. Rooms are large and appointed adequately.
Stayed several times at each of the Marriots in the Tverskaya/Petrovka are - Tverskaya, Grand and Aurora. This (=Grand) is my favourite - midst in urban life, you exit the hotel and can stroll around Tverskaya street without worrying about a map or being afraid of getting lost. The Boulevard Ring, Cafe Puschkin, shopping, take aways - all in easy...

Last time was my 20th stay at Marriott Grand Moscow, so I thought that I'll review it again. The hotel is still one of the best service-wise and location in Moscow.
Staff is friendly and efficient, rooms airy and well equipped, breakfast offers great selection of food (although is very expensive). The stability of my experience with this hotel spanning...

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights while visiting Moscow. The stay was very pleasant. The hotel looks like a typical Marriott hotel, which can be a good thing. It is a few hundred meters from the closest metro station and a few metro stops from the Kremlin (but you can walk to the Kremlin as well in...

Stayed several times on business trips at Marriott grand. Nice rooms, good location, many restaurants close by and an adult club just down the road. Everything in the hotel is overpriced, especially breakfast when you can eat 3 times cheaper just outside in a cafe. Every little extra costs an arm and a leg - irritatting unless you are on...

In spite of a room facing Tverskaya St our stay was pleasant and was also reasonably quiet. For those travelling on business or with children the hotel is quite conveniently located. There is a small supermarket just down the...

Visited this nice hotel for 5 days in end of April 2012 for business. Arrived late at night (3 am) and service desk was very helpful. Rest of the stay at the hotel was very convenient. Pleasant staff and good service at the bar and during breakfast. Even a special request to secure my passport which I left behind in...

It used to be one of the top hotels in Moscow. It still has a name, but not the desire or ability to keep up with times. The rooms are a bit basic and look tired. The gym is plain ancient and pool is a bit small. Luckily, there is shortage of rooms in Moscow so if Lotte or nearby...
