property that can not be deemed to three stars, at least by European standards. Expensive. air conditioning did not work , bed not comfortable (I had six days for back pain.) there is no point intenet with computers, television programs transmitted only in Russian. Hotel is very new and clean. Staff spoke sufficient English and were friendly enough. It was clean, quite, breakfast buffet was excellent (selection, quantity and quality), the room was well looked after plus bar and restaurant ware very good.
