This huge hotel in the center of the city, recently renovated, meets the standards of a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean.

I am satisfied with service. Room was big, and clean with telephone and tv (with satelit). It is allowed to smoke. People in hotel were nice. And its a good food, and there's a lot of food.
