I have been to Cluj several times. The past four visits i have stayed at Vidalis. Impressed everyplace. The staff is extremely friendly, the Suite/Apt is a nice upgrade, however the regular room is very nice as well. Both are outfitted with all modern amenities. The Apt is on the top floor and has a fantastic private patio, wonderful fixtures....
