We stayed 4 people in the deluxe suite. The place was very clean. As we arrived to Cluj Napoca late (1:30 am) by plane, the hotel arranged a transport for us from the airport to their hotel. The staff went above and beyond. They made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything or our apartment they would get it, no questions asked. We had booked an apartment with a washing machine and it had accidently been given to someone else. The hotel arranged for our washing to be done and returned to our room. The... More
