The room was big but basic with good air-con.
It is situated on the main street, in a complex of a few other hotels which all share a really nice pool which is free to use. There are also restaurants in the complex.
Good price. Much better than elsewhere (P730)

Very classy hotel from the outside. The staff was nice and responsive. The room was very inexpensive (our choice). 1100 php for a room with bath, ac and double bed. There are renovations ongoing so the smell of paint was in the air. Nice pool and several places to eat on campus. 5-10 mins from Smallville.
Attended a conference and we were told we were staying in the "new wing". Service was really bad, they misplaced some of my companion's luggage. The front desk people were not trained on how to handle inquiries, and kept referring you to someone else who couldn't decide on stuff and still had to call someone else. Rooms were old even...
