The staff was exceptionally helpful especially in obtaining shipping schedules and guiding us around town. What started as an overnight stay ended up lasting two days, after we decided to shop and enjoy Iloilo. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anybody who wants a nice clean hotel without having to pay the price.
