The Lancaster is situated less than 1km off the airport and they do have complimentary airport pickup if you call in advance. Ours was late, but everything is late here. The price of php2300 (including VAT) is not unreasonable for the area. The photos of Lancaster Cebu were deceiving. Those were the Lancaster Manila Bldg fotos. Overpriced and very far from city center! Hotels near Ayala Malls are even nicer and more modern at half the price only. Was a waste of money staying at lancaster :(

We arrived at the Lancaster on 2/18/2011. We booked for 4 nights. They put us on the 3rd floor on the other side of the property. We had to assist in carrying our bags.
