The rooms are spacious but unclean since they have cockroaches in the room when we checked in. There are dirt marks on the wall and the bathroom has not been dusted. Sad because this hotel is within city proper, the F&B staff are commendable. Their sales team provide tailored fit packages for various functions but their housekeeping is very poor.

If you're looking for an independent self service and family type rooms and hotel. Sarrosa might be the place for you. As long as you don't hope for a presidential service and if your intention is to enjoy Metro Cebu or even the island and looking for just a place to stay, you'll be just fine. Dropped in without a reservation and got the rack rate of 1990 Pesos. I stayed once before and enjoyed the accommodation but it's a bit far from the Ayala Mall.
