“If you want to have a vacation feeling in Davao”

The city of Davao is dirty and noisy and to mluch trafic, but to avoid this all Chateau del mar hassomthing to offer, The scenery to samal island is nice sitting on the swimmingpool seeing the palmthrees and then the water and samal island is quite nice also bancas and ships passing

“Looks are deceiving”

This was our second stay, three years apart. Sorry but no improvement!! Room was not cleaned well. Sink was dirty, glasses were dirty, shower was broken thought this did get fixed. lights didn't work, beds did not have top sheets even after we asked a second time.

“Maintenance man required”

There are too many signs of lack of maintenance in our room .We began to undertake minor repairs ourselves as the staff seems to have other things to do.
