My colleague and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the end of our business trip. We wanted to stay close enough to Makati city center for a reasonable price and Royal Bellagio looked like a decent choice. The hotel itself is not too bad: the rooms are pretty clean, the beds are comfortable enough and there is... More

Overall clean and modern hotel with (expensive) Wifi, overpriced minibar drinks and they even charge for the instant coffee packets. Rooms are not large but still of acceptable size, comfortable and well-appointed. I found the front desk staff unhelpful, not so polite and even have the attitude that "if you don't like it, we still can always find customers". I... More

We stayed there for one night. The room is fine but the bed sheets and curtain got some cigarette damage. I smoke that night and when the time comes for our check out early morning the staff told us that we have to pay for the damages of cigarette burned bedsheets. My sister who didn't smoke slept in that bed... More

This is a great hotel right in the middle of Makati. The street is alive and vibrant at night so you don't have to walk far from the hotel to find some excellent food, bars etc... The staff are extremely friendly and many Australians are recommended to stay there when they are visiting the Philippines for dental or medical treatments.... More

My wife and I travel from the USA to the Philippines to visit family and vacation every two years. We stayed at Royal Bellagio this past time for the first 3 weeks of October 2009. The location is nice for us because it is conveniently located near our family and other points of interest. We also enjoy the night life... More

I spent a week here. Great value for money. Nice rooms excellent service. Food is not great at the filling station restaurant who also do room service, but edible and safe. Hungarian Goulash soup is great. Hotel is 15 mins walk to the main Makati business district which is faster than taking taxi during rush hour. Burgos St is the... More

This hotel was ok. We stayed here twice in the same trip; I didn't have any major complaints, but as with most places, there are some major pros and cons. Pros: - Seems like a new hotel, as it looks modern and doesn't look run-down at all - The hotel is close to the major shopping malls in Makati -... More

I have had fair experiences with this hotel two times in the past, but this time around wasn't so great. In large part because I believe my credit card was stolen by a housekeeping staff member. Unfortunately its not possible to prove this, as it was mysteriously returned to me after I made a big stink. The Good: The hotel... More

Decent, clean hotel for the price. Smallish rooms, but good shower and all the standard room stuff (tv, mini-fridge, ...). Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, keep in mind that this hotel is right in the middle of the red-light district in Makati. If you're offended or want to avoid the scene, this isn't the hotel for you. Also,... More
