Spacious 1 queen sized bedder and I like the fact that its just the right distance to the greenbelt shopping district and it takes a good 10mins walk to the lovely Ayala Museum. Only thing lacking is that the room has thin walls and I can hear the next room occupants laughter. Oh and I can still smell smoke in... More

Location is good. Next to Peninsular Hotel, walking distance via underground pass to Glorieta, about 10 mins walk. Though the reception area is small, the checkin was a breeze. Room is a 1 bedroom apartment that has fully equipped kitchenette, living room area, and a separate bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and toilet. Daily breakfast came in standard with local Filipino... The hotel offers basic services for fair price. It consists of four towers with underground reception, room was small, clean, A/C working, safe working, the room looked after regularly. My room was second floor facing the Real Street (back side of the hotel) which was quite okay because the traffic is not that bad there. Location is excellent, near to... More

Location of the hotel was great! Could walk to the malls, and was close to catch a can to the rest of the malls!

We were only there for one night in a 2 bed suite but this was enough. It would have been annoying to deal with the issues if our stay was longer. Check in was professional and welcoming. On exiting the hallway to our suite there was an overwhelming smell of damp, dust and mold. The rooms were nicely decorated and... More

booked a 2 bedroom suite for the new year's with my family. The lobby, if you can call it that is a small reception area with only 4 single chairs for guests. the building looks old. it doesn't feel too welcoming. we arrived at 4.30pm only to be told our room still wasn't ready, with kids in tow and no... Like other reviewers, this place is good for a short stay and the selling point is the proximity to shopping areas and eating places. We stayed in a double room as there were four of us and it turned out really cheaply for us. It was spacious, clean and though slightly dated. The bed was more than comfortable and we... More

I usually stay at the Peninsula when in Manila on business, but opted for a serviced apartment when I was scheduled for an extended stay. I opted for the Somerset Olympia because of the convenient Makati location, across the street from the Peninsula and a short walk to the restaurants and shopping in Glorietta and Greenbelt, and because of previous... I stayed here November 2011. I stayed in a one-bedroom deluxe. I had no balcony and dirty windows with no sunlight and was surrounded by other buildings. This hotel is incredibly worn and needs to be badly updated. I do not understand how anyone can review this hotel positively. First of all, the room smelled pervasively of mold. I complained... More

Got a room booked by another colleague of mine, told me that the room rate in Somerset Olympia is quite reasonable, PHP4000 + 900 tax = PHP4900 per night. Check out their websites, well, the photo does looks very modern for a Studio Executive, but not when you arrived and see the actual room, it doesn't look the same! By... More
