Location is good with restaurants few blocks away. Stayed in a two-bedroom premier and its huge and fully equipped. Though the room I stayed in is quite old but generally comfortable and clean but not quite as good as seen on the pictures. Pool in the upper deck is quite small to share with other guests. Staff are friendly and... More

Fraser place in Makati is little bit off but has huge rooms and even if a bit old very nice. Good service and kind staff makes it a grate place. Breakfast is not a strong point, better use the kitchen in your apartment.

We stay here because they allow us to have our little dog stay with us. Its the only decent hotel who allow this. We enjoy it every time we stay. The rooms are always clean and they are big enough for us to have the little one there. The kitchens are not always fully functioning and the pool could use... More

Stayed here over new years for 11 nights. What attracted me to this hotel was the price. When we arrived in Manila we directed our cab driver to our Hotel. He had never heard of the hotel and when we told him where it was located he still had no clue how to get there. This was a recurrent problem... More

I stayed in a suite with a bunch of friends. The suite was spacious with a generous four bathrooms and big kitchen. You can see that the furniture was once modern and elegant; now, it looks dated and used. The TVs are modern at least, everything else was lacking. The batteries in the remote control for the air con were... More

Reception area smells like a sewer or open drain. No wireless internet in the apartments. Rooms afford little in the way of standardisation, be unlucky and you get stuck in a small, dark hovel. Bathrooms are seriously dated and tiny hot water tank will give you about a 6 inch deep bath. Breakfast is poor. Kitchen and appliances are so... More

Stayed here for a week, overall just so and so. Breakfast is low quality, air in the room and common areas were not fresh. First check in a room on 24th floor, smell of polluted air all around within the room then moved to 1503, quite ok and acceptable. Staff were very nice and helpful though, especially Henry at the... This serviced apartment is a 4 star as opposed to the 5star its called. The apartments are very big with all basic necessary things. The bath towels were so old. I had to get one at the store for myself. The bathtub was old looking. There was no wireless internet and the internet modem was stationed permanently in the bedroom. Breakfast... More

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 b/r apt. The apt was big but rooms look very empty. @ rooms other than the master room do not have shower holder. Just a bath tub (although good size). Staff are polite. Security good. Free transfer to the malls should be shorter intervals so need not have to wait too long for... More
