Had one night over stay after week long vacation in Boracay. When asking about transfer from hotel to airport, I was quoted a price of 3800 PHP and was told the trip could take up to one hour at 7AM in the morning. Got in a taxi the next morning, the trip took about 20 minutes and costed 150 PHP.... More

Check in and out was quick. The rooms are business style. The beds are comfortable and the food in the Jeepney restaurant was good (breakfast buffet) with both ready made or made to order. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We where transferred to this hotel after our 1st choice was overbooked. The staff was helpful and understanding since... More

I was disappointed with the check in process. I had to wait my turn for more than 15 minutes as the check in process for the guests were so slow. And when it came to my turn, I understood why - looking for available rooms took at least 10 mins, only to find that the room was not ready. And... More

I`ve stayed in this hotel twice and can not say anything negative. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, cosy. Oh, and very quiet so the quality of sleep was perfect. Beds very comfortable! The biggest surprise was the service. Everybody naturally smiling and greeting you, very polite and very helpfull. I wish in whole world hoteliers were like this. This is... More

Not much to say about this hotel. The rooms are fine overall – if your typical “business” layout and style. The hotel personnel are friendly, which is what you would expect in the Philippines. Breakfast is fine. Location is quite good – right by the Ayala shopping centre. However nothing stands out either. Nothing that you think “Wow, that is... More

I had problems with my first room that were apparent within ten seconds of being in there and eventually lead to a sudden middle of the night room swap. I am going to be fair to the hotel and not discuss it directly because they compensated me and they seemed embarrassed and were apologetic. The first room I had was... More

Was here in September 2011. A business trip. So, everything is expected from a 5 star hotel is fulfilled. From a very smooth check-in to all the facilities in the hotel. The room is a bit outdated but everything is still functioning and intact. Room is way so spacious that I feel like having the whole stage for myself. And... More

I hadn't been to Manila or this hotel for 4 years and it was a pleasure to come back. The rooms are very comfortable as are all the beds in every Intercontinental and their club level lounge is one of the nicest around. The food and service here is second to none and staff are always pleasant and happy to... More

This hotel is ideally located and right across from a Starbucks (lol). The hotel is nice but a little dated. I got the Ambassador upgrade but must admit the room was a bit small. Expected bigger rooms! The pool is nice and the service terrific. Everyone pays attention and goes out of their way to help you.
