Clean, with very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room set in a garden like setting and still close to the city. Peaceful, tranquil making an excellent stopover when visiting Batangas city. I would recommend it particularly for families as a number if notices in the reception area clearly states that this their focus.

Dirty, shower and toy brush Brocken, Lock didn't work, WiFi Most of time No conection to the web, Bad neighbohrhood (If u are european better Dont Go Out Boy night), No Restaurants or big supermarkets near hotel. Waited hours for a Bad breakfast which was totaly cold. Used condoms from other people in the Trash. Nö toilet paper and dirty towels. Aircon works Just sometimes. The Girl at Rezeption wanted 500 Pesos safety for the room, showed me that in my Bill and Took the Money in a other Part of Office than the Money i paid my room. When i wanted it Back in the morning they told me with security no one Took Money from me and also that it's wrong what I have writen on my Bill. Never Had a so Bad and dirty room for this expensive price. Never again!!!! If u want to Transfer from the Port Take an other Hotel. By night u have to pay 300 for tricicles to hotel and in the morning 250 to get Back. U won't find a cheaper Ride to the hotel. Afther that the Hotel also pay the tricicle rider even If u booked the hotel befor. Better pay 550 Pesos more in a Hotel near the port. That's the Most wirst hotel everu could get in batangas even If they Had the best booking.com price.

Really nice place to stay. Nice staff and very helpful manager. Many thanks for your superb service and understanding. Would recommend D’Mariners to anyone. We had to cut our visit short but they very kindly agreed to waive our cancellation fee.

If you're a traveler looking for a room a bed and somewhere to take a bath in this place is enough. They offer 6-12-24 hour rates with 6 at ₱650 and 12hours at ₱850. They offer free wifi and there are food choices.

For those who are looking for a budget friendly place to stay, D' mariner's Inn is highly recommendable. the Inn is located just a few minutes away from SM Batangas. The rooms are spacious. They have a standard and delux room. You can choose from 12 hours or 24 hours stay. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. They also food. They serve food and delivered into your room. The food are delivered and can be said as "Lutong Bahay."

I only stayed for one night. The room was clean, with cable TV. Some toiletries were provided, too. The staff was nice even though not so professional. Pricing was right (around 1500 PHP inclusive of tax).

We stayed here on our way from Manilla to Puerto Galera. Location is ok though wasn't that close to bus station or port - tricycle for both legs. Service was ok - friendly staff and they were fine with us having breakfast in bed. Breakfast was again - ok. Bed was not comfortable and we heard rats in the ceiling. My wife jumped up onto the bed as we heard the scuffling of some creature but it couldn't be seen as it came from above. Air con was VERY loud.

Service is very poor. Guest receptionist not very well verse what hospitality and respect is. We checked in for an overnight. My partner went out to fetch me at around 2am. Naturally we woke up late. They woke us up 15 mins before check out at 8 am, asking if we will extend. Naturally we can not prepare in 15 mins span. After informing we will extend here comes the attendant asking For the 20 pesos balance from our deposit. Well they need deposit and payment once you checked in.From time to time every 10 mins they will call for the time you will check out! They wont give any extension even 5mins! No slippers or extra towel. Slippers? Very used. I took picture but i can not post here. You have to ask for slippers and extra towel.

The room was not prepared for guest arrival with no shower shoes and no glasses. The refrigerator was off and smelled rotten. Rooms smelled of mold and dust. The bathroom smelled like sewage and the toilet and bathtub were stained from neglected cleanings. The sink had the strongest odor that smelled like raw sewage and caused me to vomit while brushing my teeth. The hotel promised a hot bath; however only the shower head was hooked up to the water heater which could be considered tentative at best. It took a half hour to fill the tub and by that time the water was cold. Many surfaces in the room were covered in dust which caused us to sneeze the entire stay. The hotel advertises cable television. Apparently the definition of cable means only 5 channels, 2 of which are pornographic and 1 of which is frozen. Those channels could only be half watched though anyway because half of the TV screen was broken and had streaks going across it. When I called the front desk to inquire about the cable the staff answered me with "ano" more than a dozen times and then hung up on me to I assume clean up their nosebleeding before answering any questions. The hotel manager offered a discount for the inconvenience which turned out to be 100 pesos off of the original 2500 and a complimentary cup of coffee.
