Located just off the Plaza de Armas, the Conde de Lemos is in the perfect location! It's a very nice, clean hotel. The rooms were small, but comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and large. Had some minor issues with the water pressure in the shower the first night, but it was fine by morning. Never had an issue with hot water.... More

THis is a nice hotel, very well located, near supermarkets and travel agencies. Room was clean and comfortable, not big enogh but okay. The problem was that hot water failed several times. Hotel is clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful More

it is true it is located in the very centre but please stay away from here!the building is old and with no charm, the rooms are old, dirty, smell bad and we had no water.I do not mean hot water that can be a problem in Puno..we had no water at all for 2 days with no possibility to have... More

3 of us stayed here sharing a triple room for 3 nights. The hotel is basic enough, but clean and the staff are excellent. Not much English but enough to understand etc. Breakfast is adequate, nothing special. We ate here one night and wouldn´t recommend it...basic and fairly cold when it arrived, but not expensive. Overall I´d recommend this hotel... More

Reading some reviews I wonder if it was the same hotel! We had asked for a taxi at the bus station and it never arrived. Then the staff actually spoke very little English, and we were put in a dark, dingy feeling triple bedroom , with windows opening on to a very noisy area with traffic fumes wafting up. They... More

We stayed for 2 nights and shared a 4 bed room. Location is very close to the main tourist streets and main square. Place is well run and the staff are very helpful. One of them even came down to the bus station with us to make sure we got the correct bus to Copacabana, after our tour agent had... More

After spending the previous nights in nice, but basic hostels, this place felt like a 5 star hotel. The room was good size, had a fantastic balcony (looked like only 2 rooms with huge balconies, the others were smaller) and looked out over the church and towards the lake. Perfect location for heading out to eat or to have a... More

I love this hotel so I am rating it even before I've left using their free wifi that I can get in my room, in addition to the 2 kiosks near the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean but what is truly outstanding is the staff. They speak excellent English and go out of their way to help. "No"... More

The hotel, that offers you a central heating, when its so much needed. I didnt have a clue, it was 10 below zero outside in the night. The room was so compfortable, the blankets, everything was great. And after long trip to the islands of Titikaka, i had a hot shower. It was simply great! More

You get a lot for your money at Conde de Lemos! There is a lift (believe me, stairs are hard at this altitude), there is heating (and Puno is COLD), and the bathrooms are recently tiled. The breakfast buffet (conveniently starting at 6am for excursions) is also very good. The location behind the cathedral means you´re a few steps away... More
