I comfortably stayed at this hotel for two months. I have stayed at a few hotels/hostals in Puno and the Helena Inn is by far the best place within its price range. The rooms are clean, fresh, bright, spacious and well decorated. Hot water is available 24 hours a day. There is cable television for those who miss english channels... More
