A very nice hotel and great value for the price. The location was good, near some nice restaurants and the waterfront. The room was probably a bit on the small side, but the bathroom was large and clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Good decent room with hard mattress. First time sleeping on a hard mattress, but manage to have some good night sleeps only to wake up once for toilet break. Compared to the other, more expensive hotels I stayed in Kuala Terengganu (Seri Malaysia,MidTown), this is definitely a better hotel. Its very clean clean and cosy, although the bed was too hard for my liking. No elevator (good exercise after all the food!) and ironing facility right outside the room. Very modern look to it as well.
