We arrived at 11.30 at night in KLIA to an efficient, fast transfer and check-in at Pan Pacific. The room was clean. WiFi worked well. Wake-up call the next morning on time at 6am. Check out and transfer back to our flight fast and efficient. Perfect for us and our needs.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Although the property has aged, they have maintained it reasonably well and the service seems to get better every time.
