Staying here during an international conference held in BCCK..the staffs are friendly especially the front desk..they eager to help you even in the middle of the night..the room service also giving good services..everything's ok except for breakfast...sometimes limited choices..after all, the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm hospitality service rendered to me will surely remembered..

Have stayed here for 2 nights. Superb location and surrondings. Just located a street infront of the Waterfront whereby we could easily take the water taxi for cross the Sarawak River to get some kuih lapis, their local delicacy. I have stayed in all the four-to-five star hotels in Kuching, old and new since 1995. And the Riverside Majestic is the one that pleases me the most! Location, and food are its plus points, other hotels can't beat!
