After having a bad experience with Four Points, I decided to give Pullman a try. Sure, a bit more expensive, but no amount of money could buy comfort and satisfaction. So, I booked a family room for 1 night stay. First impression, excellent. Staff at counter gave a great service, although their communication skills could be improved, especially in giving... More

For a start, this is probably the top and most modern hotel in Kuching. It's location is excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are large and spacious. However, the hotel staffs are not particularly friendly and amicable and we found their services to be lacking during peak season. We were there for a conference and the hotel was full. It was... It was out first time to Kuching, my wife and I and our two children 6 years and 18 months old and we chose the Pullman of the back of the recommendations and comments on Trip Advisor, and boy were we glad we did it. The comments don't do it enough justice, the hotel is great in many ways. Spacious... More

Im staying at the hotel now and enjoying the club floor clearing a little work. The staff are very friendly, enjoying the views and heading down to the river later. Went to a great little bar called Junk last night. Good environment, friendly staff and I understand great food.

Our room was large with a king size bed, desk, internet access, large TV, barfridge, iron and ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities.
