We booked through the internet for two days and then at the counter we found that the rate is much cheaper so we extend our stay. I booked a Family suite for 4 nights online and get the best offer rate which is very much cheaper then walk in rate or booking by email or phone. We stay there for 4 nights with my friends. We booked Family suite and Studio suite. When upon check in there. We get a big shock as the room connect with the housing apartment which bad maintaine. The studio suite a bit of old furnised and the air cond is very old and leaking. Sleeping bed and bathroom look bad.... More

It was my first time coming to Sabah and we stayed there for 4 days...Its clean but as an apartment it do have to improve on a lot of things ...but still all the amneties to cook and so on...they put everything in..just that I was sponsored coming here so I am not sure how much you have to pay... Promenade apartment near the seaside. Surrounded by shops & eateries and nearby the KK wet & dry market. The management took up some units from a local flat to turn into service apartment. KK was a really fun place!! but this was the worst part of the trip!! i would not say that it was unlivable but going back to the hotel each night was a dread. the toilets had a horrible and strong sewage smell that filled the whole room some times. the cleaners kept the place clean but the smell just... This place was completely miss represented by its website, when had booked over the internet to stay there for 3 nights. When we arrive we were completely disappointed with the standard and the condition of the apartment and the facilities in the building.
